The Equity in Graduate Education Consortium brings together change-ready universities, graduate programs, and leaders to build capacity for systemic change. We make the social science of graduate education accessible and actionable, build supportive community, and help our partners create sustainable infrastructure for more fair, inclusive approaches to selecting and serving students.
The Consortium helps institutionalize more equitable practices through:
- Training on evidence-based, legally-aware admissions, recruitment, and mentoring practices
- Coaching and learning communities for graduate programs to bring about institutional change
- Developing infrastructure for faculty development in graduate schools and other organizations.
