Professor Dollar is the Vice-Chair of Inclusive Excellence in the Department of Physics & Astronomy at the University of California, Irvine. He serves on the graduate admissions committee, co-chairs the mentoring committee, and is heavily involved in equitable efforts for recruiting and retaining graduate students.
