Liz Daniele is Director of Graduate Student and Postdoctoral Affairs at the University of Rochester. She is committed to faculty development in graduate education and particularly to sharing best practices in mentoring because she knows informed mentoring practices are important for a diverse and healthy academy and improved student outcomes across the board – especially for our most marginalized students. Liz’ background working with students from populations currently unrepresented and historically excluded from higher education results in a deep commitment to student success.
