Stephanie Santos is Project Specialist for the Inclusive Graduate Education Network (IGEN), an NSF INCLUDES Alliance. She manages operations of IGEN’s Inclusive Practices Hub, including the coordination and delivery of professional development workshops aimed at culture change and the diversification of STEM graduate programs across the U.S. Santos is also a member of IGEN’s Steering Committee and manages a diverse team of facilitators, providing data and resources to inform their practice. Stephanie received a BA in Psychology and Biology from Nazareth College of Rochester in 2013. She then went on to earn an MBA with a cross functional minor in Leadership and a focus on Organizational Behavior and Strategy from the Simon Business School at the University of Rochester in 2018. ​
